The Milisa setup is based around a web platform, where daycare employees and parents can connect via computer or via Mobile Apps.

Milisa serves as a daily tool where all information about the children's life in the nursery is continuously reported, and where parents have real-time access to the information via the website or their mobile phones.

The platform supports a huge number of daycare centers simultaneously, and multiplied with the number of parents connected to each daycare center, the demand for extreme performance and scalability is very high.

To solve this we developed the web application purely on the Phalcon framework, which by far is the fastest framework of its kind available, and by optimizing performance in every level of the application.
